A Mother Is Astonished By The Exceptional Service From A Rent-A-Car Employee And Requests To Speak With The Manager To Express Her Appreciation

In Oklahoma, a mother of twins was deeply moved by the kindness of an Enterprise Rent-A-Car employee following a car accident.

Coty Vincent, who had recently been involved in a hit-and-run accident, arrived at Enterprise Rent-A-Car with her twin sons, as she shared on the Love What Matters Facebook page.

Vincent needed assistance, and employee John came to her aid.

“This is John from Enterprise,” Vincent wrote, accompanied by a photo of John holding one of her twins. “John, who is also a twin with his sister as his closest friend, helped me with my rental after my accident. He even held one of my twins since I didn’t have a double stroller. His compassion and care were extraordinary. We need more people like John who go above and beyond. Be a John.”

Vincent expressed to Babble how much a simple gesture means to a twin mom: “It was wonderful that John recognized I needed help. His kindness really made a difference.”

The story quickly went viral, with the Love What Matters post being shared over 8,500 times and receiving more than 120,000 reactions. Vincent’s own Facebook post about the incident has been shared over 13,000 times and has gathered around 115,000 reactions.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car noticed John’s exceptional service and decided to reward Vincent with a much-needed gift.

In a July 15 Facebook post, Enterprise Rent-A-Car stated: “We couldn’t ignore this heartwarming story, so we arranged a few special surprises. A new stroller for the twins and gifts for both Coty and John are on their way. We’re proud of our team members who consistently go the extra mile for our customers.”

Vincent responded to Enterprise’s post with heartfelt gratitude, as reported by Babble:

“I can’t thank you enough. I’ve been blessed since learning I was having twins. The support from the angels on Earth has made things easier, and this new stroller will give us a fresh perspective on life! Thank you, Enterprise, and everyone who has offered their generosity!”

John, who is not accustomed to such attention, said: “I’ve never had this level of recognition for just doing my job. My experience as a college athlete has taught me the value of hard work, and it’s motivating to see people appreciate what I do.”
