Woman Requests Nestle to Meet Her Demand; Company Responds with Official Statement

A woman gained attention after she requested Nestle provide her with a lifetime supply of Kit Kat bars due to purchasing multiple bars without the characteristic wafers inside the chocolate.

Salma Ahmad, a second-year student at Kings College London, expressed frustration after buying an eight-pack of Kit Kat bars lacking wafer. She claimed to have written to Nestle seeking resolution but received no response.

In her letter, Ahmad requested a refund for the defective pack and asked for a lifetime supply of Kit Kat bars as compensation, citing disappointment with the product’s quality and claiming loss both financially and emotionally.

“They promote Kit Kat’s unique concept, but I’m disappointed by my purchase,” Ahmad told Metro. “I hope they will apologize and improve their product quality.”

Ahmad discovered others online who had similar experiences and voiced grievances to Nestle. She emphasized her demand for a lifetime supply or mentioned potential legal action.

Responding to the viral story, a Nestle spokesperson advised Ahmad to contact the company directly for resolution of any product issues.

The incident sparked varied reactions online, with some criticizing Ahmad’s demands as excessive and entitled.
